pros
1. Territory and interior. Brand new renovation, stylish interior details, everything is very thought out, stylish and nice. An excellent summer playground with tables and a rocking chair, a pond with goldfish. In the backyard there is a swimming pool, a barbecue, rocking chairs (we saw it already when we were leaving, the administrator delicately kept silent about it at check-in). Security, video surveillance, closed parking in the yard. Very clean and tidy.
On each floor there is a table and two chairs, where you can relax and chat with your neighbors. It is not allowed to smoke in the hotel building, including the rooms (a formidable sign about the collection of a fine for smoking in the amount of 500 UAH amused).
On the 4th floor there is a conference hall and a billiard room. In the basement there is a sauna with a swimming pool. The use of these services is subject to a fee.

2. Number. Nice interior, stylish finishes. Beautiful curtains, excellent mattresses, blankets and pillows, woolen blankets are what hotels often save on. Mosquito nets on the windows allow you to breathe sea air all night. Expensive shining plumbing. Mini bar at affordable prices. Wireless Internet in the rooms (sometimes broke, but in general it worked). Hot water is constant, only its temperature changes spontaneously, but generally acceptable. Flat TV. Hairdryer in the chest of drawers (the administrator somehow forgot to show it to us, they found it themselves on the third day). We were also pleased with the kettle and cups in the room, you can make tea / coffee and drink on the picturesque summer terrace of the hotel in a rocking chair or a wicker chair.
In general, a single hotel (if taken without staff) makes an excellent impression and inspires respect for the one who built it.
3. Proximity to the beach. To the city beach and the beach of the "Aquamarine" complex - 5-7 minutes on foot, however, in a dull dusty area. The beach is well equipped - sun loungers, awnings, changing cabins, showers, stalls with water and sweets, cafes, flower beds. Sports ground, rope town (I liked it very much! ). Massage tents. Music is playing. Very clean and warm water, the bottom is small pebbles or coarse sand. At the rescue station, there is a sign with temperature measurements. Nearby is a diving center.
Minuses
1. Staff. Not even a hint of hospitality. Administrator with moralizing, restaurant employee with outright rudeness. Earlier reviews about friendly staff were simply surprising - although, I will immediately notice that we are very delicate and polite tourists. In order not to be unfounded, a few examples.
When asked if there is an opportunity to dine at the hotel, the administrator just waved it off - "I don't know, go ask at the restaurant. "
When asked where we could leave our car, the receptionist said: "Well, for this you need to state your request. *Pause, my puzzled face and a silent question - how else should I state and why is it not enough to request in the booking request*. . . Here you have outlined it, I will tell the guards to open the gate. " Apparently, without a spectacular monologue, it is impossible to answer "In the yard, I will ask for security. "
At the restaurant, when asked to have breakfast not in the hall, but on the summer terrace, the restaurant employee replied - "Well, unless you yourself will bear everything, I will have no time, now PEOPLE will go for breakfast! " I wonder why not all hotel guests are considered human.

The next day, the same girl amazed another couple who came down to breakfast and sat down at a table they liked. "Sit down at a table set for two - don't you see, it's set for three! " To understand, "covered" is a fork, a knife and a jar of yogurt. The guys, shrugging their shoulders, moved to another table, but they turned out to be wrong here too: "Sit down, you see, this table has not been set yet! " That is, it is easier to transplant guests twice than to shift the fork?
The staff walks around the hotel in T-shirts, beach shorts and rubber slippers. And the words "Please", "Thank you", "Have a nice day" are completely absent in the lexicon.
True, for the sake of justice, it should be noted that on August 25 a very nice and friendly administrator girl worked, unfortunately I don’t know her name.
2. Location. Getting there without a car is very problematic - the hotel is very far from the traffic intersection. Either half an hour on foot along a terribly broken road and dull terrain, or a taxi (from the city center - 50 UAH). The entrance to the hotel and its surroundings are abandoned and operating unfinished buildings, cluttered old sites, fenced with barbed wire. Do not be deceived by the proximity of the sea - the hotel is separated from the sea by a naval base, also surrounded by thorns. At 7-00 am the anthem of Sevastopol rumbles at the base - a morning wake-up call. On the other hand, the hotel is adjacent to the private sector (abandoned cottages) and the huge Aquamarine complex, which pleases with a musical program until late at night. The view from the window, even to the sea, is overshadowed by the skeletons of unfinished or already dilapidated buildings. At 7-8 in the morning, life wakes up at construction sites and wakes up everything around with a cheerful knock, rattle and squeal. Wild dogs roam the construction sites, they can arrange a "dismantling" at night or in the morning.
3. Nutrition. Breakfast is included in the price, but - nominal, which would not be enough even for a child. One day breakfast consisted of two small toasted sandwiches, a boiled egg, half a cucumber, yogurt and tea/coffee. In the second - an omelette (less than one egg), half a cucumber, yogurt, bread, tea / coffee. The choice is only between tea and coffee, dishes are strictly on the menu.

If you do not want to go to the city to have lunch or dinner, this can be done right at the hotel. Lunch (first course, side dish, main course, salad, tea/coffee and bread) costs 60 UAH, dinner (lunch, only without the first) – 50 UAH. If you plan to have lunch / dinner at the hotel, you should warn about this during breakfast, because. cooked here in portions. We dined on the day of arrival, ordered only the first and juice, it cost a little more than 60 UAH.
It is also possible to have a bite to eat at the Madera grill bar on the beach of the Aquamarine complex (5-7 minutes on foot). I liked the kitchen, cocktails - no. The price category is average. The service is inconsistent: the waitress girl was extremely kind. But the next day, when trying to book a table, the administrator refused us - "half past ten in the evening - it's too late! " (on the sea???? ). And this despite the fact that the institution works until the last client.
4. Service. When placing the administrator volunteered to take us to the room, which was somewhat surprising. But soon it fell into place - she just showed us the price list for the mini-bar and left, we had to figure out what was where. Cleaning the rooms - made the bed and took out the garbage. They decided not to replenish the mini-perfumes, to wipe the dust too. True, at our request they kindly called a taxi.
5. Numbers. There are practically no flaws here. Perhaps not white, but colored bed linen is not quite according to the standards of the hotel business. And subjectively: I did not like the mini-perfumes. Everything else was great (standard without balcony).
Conclusion: will never come again.
