Hotel "Zuyd! " - do not go! We, local residents (we live in Yalta), decided to go with our family to Sevastopol for the weekend, booked a room in Zuyde in advance because we were guided by its location. Grandmother, grandfather and son (15 years old) arrived first. When booking, I was asked to make a power of attorney for the child (why? ), but we did. A little later we arrived (husband, me and 2 children aged 8 and 4. We were not settled due to the lack of original birth certificates, we showed copies, an entry in the passport, certificates of a large family (with a photo of children), service certificates, showed a local registration - nothing helped. They asked to contact the management - but it turns out that in this hotel it is possible only from 9 to 18, the rest of the time there is a semblance of an administrator at the registration, an absolutely illiterate, strange, unkempt woman. At 19 o'clock, the children and I were forced to look for other accommodation, grandparents decided to stay in "Zuyde", which they soon regretted. Their room did not have air conditioning, and the windows overlooked the road. To put it mildly, unfriendly staff, here are their names Sarantseva Elena and Syardina Irina. As a local resident, I am ashamed of such service and attitude towards the client. I appeal to the owner of this hotel, you are obliged to put things in order, do not dishonor the Crimea.
