We rested in September 2013 (building by the sea). As often happens in our country, a good idea, a bad implementation. Not a bad room, good location, but the impression was completely spoiled by the lack of hot water, especially considering that this year we were not lucky with the weather. The power of the boilers did not correspond to the required water flow throughout the hotel, as a result, the water was barely warm. Coming from the beach (sea - +10), it often rained, strong wind, sometimes I wanted to warm up a little, at least in my soul - but alas! Repeated appeals to the staff led to nothing - they listened to excuses about burned out boilers. As a result, they left home with a cold. In addition, a serious drawback in the conditions of the ugly catering of Simeiz was the inability to eat or cook at the hotel (breakfast is not provided). Summary - the price does not match the quality: the owners, as always, want to invest less - get more, to the detriment of the necessary.
