We booked a room (junior suite) in advance, making a 30% prepayment for the planned 7 days of stay. Arriving at the hotel, we were told that people had already been settled in "our" room, but they promised to sort it out (we waited about half an hour). The room was vacated, and when we entered it, to put it mildly, we were surprised: in some places the wallpaper was peeled off, there was no refrigerator, a tiny TV under the ceiling and a remote control with a falling cover, uncomfortable single beds and! the most important thing is the bathroom. About her separately: before that, I did not know that there are bathrooms without a washbasin. It turns out there are. The tile is broken in the center, as the pipes were pierced over (! ) of this very tile, there is no mirror (and why, there is no washbasin =), the shower tray is rusted, the faucet valves almost crumble. The ceiling is stained with mold, the joints of the tiles are black from moisture. It's about convenience. + when we packed our things the next day in order to escape from this "junior suite", we were told that we would have to pay extra, since the room costs 320, not 280 (although the prepayment was calculated for this amount), and what Alexandra told us, the lady in the hotel was unknown. We did not pay, because in fact we "lived" in the room for only 1 day, and Alexandra did not pick up the phone (they called repeatedly). In general, we had a great rest, Simeiz liked it, this episode with "Atriy" did not spoil our holiday mood.
