The hotel "Ligo Morskaya" is beautiful for its antiquity (a building built in the early 20th century) and proximity to the beach - a passage through a shady old garden, a few old steps down - and you are by the sea. And now, attention, "cold shower" - our ROOM was robbed in the 30 minutes that we were at breakfast. And all this hotel beauty turned into a crime scene with all the consequences - fingerprints, a dog handler with a dog, interviewing staff as witnesses, a criminal case.
At the entrance to the hotel, an empty reception desk is littered with dirty advertising booklets. No, there is an administrator at the hotel, but she sits in the room next to me, at a table with a computer. She does not see you, nor those who were before you, nor those who will come after you. It simply does not have the physical ability - the front door and the hall are not visible from her room. She is always on the mobile, moves with him around the territory, solves (to the best of her modest ability) the problems of the guests. Sometimes he relaxes with a glass in a bar (well, with such work, you understand... ). THE HOTEL IS NOT SAFE FOR HOLIDAYERS! Anyone can enter and exit with anything from the hotel unnoticed. There is no exact information about surveillance cameras, the administrator could not tell the investigator where they were installed.
The staff does not have distinctive badges/badges or any dress code. THE HOTEL IS NOT PROTECTED BY ANYONE! The hotel is surrounded by a fence, there are gates, but they are not closed at night and are not monitored during the day. There is no private beach, the site is not true. The beach is public, and the hotel area is a passage to the beach for everyone. Crowds of people go to/from the beach from morning to evening. The entrances to the hotel (there are 4 of them) are also open all the time, and no one is watching them (administrator quote: “What do you want? There is a passage yard! ”).

My child and I lived in a junior suite with a terrace. The room had a bathroom (freshly renovated, soap, shampoo, paper, towels... however, the water was turned off), TV, refrigerator, kettle, wardrobe, bedside tables. The room itself is shabby, there are greasy stains on the walls, holes on the old parquet, cute cobwebs on the ceiling. There is no mosquito net, the front door was difficult to open, the handle was broken (they left a request for repairs, but they didn’t wait, they left... ). DO NOT BELIEVE PHOTO ON THE INTERNET! The hotel lobby is dull and empty, there are a couple of dirty, with holes, sofas and shabby leatherette chairs. In the center there is a tennis table, also “aged”. Beautiful stucco ceilings, antique fireplaces simply disappear against the backdrop of this squalor. Cleaning of the territory is not carried out. In the park and right under the balconies you can see plastic bottles / trays, cigarette butts and papers are everywhere.
We took breakfast + dinner. Service through the waiter, buffet and no choice. Tea, coffee, bread we take ourselves. Sausages, cheese, butter, no. Dishes are offered in pairs (for example, porridge + scrambled eggs or porridge + casserole), you cannot take something of your choice for breakfast, and you can also choose from the menu. For dinner, the same “fairy tale” - for example, a cutlet with rice or pasta, EVERYTHING! Well, for dinner you can order from the menu, which we did (one wonders why they took dinner? ). For a fee, of course, but we were modestly not given checks. The time for breakfast (9-11) and dinner (18-20) is completely inconvenient. There isn't enough room for everyone.
There is no safe in the rooms. The safe in the administrator's room is open by her chair, everyone comes in and looks at what was left there today. Sometimes it is closed (empty, apparently). But it's free. WI-FI in the room is (interrupted) and throughout, free of charge.
Concluding our sad story, I would like to warn future vacationers - if the “hard” one has already brought you to this hotel, check all the doors and windows in the room at once, look at the bathroom (a piece was chipped off on our sink) so that the administrator sees and fixes all this . Carry everything of value in the safe, do not leave even 1 ruble in the room. Don't expect too much from the food if you have a special diet or children's menu - don't take the included food. THE TERRITORY IS FULL OF STRANGERS! SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR CHILDREN! Because the hotel, and even more so the guide "Biblio Globus", in fact does not care about you...
