We rested in the second half of June with two families - 4 adults and 3 children.
Regarding the available reviews, I would like to say that, in each review, there is probably its own truth : ), and everything, by and large, is subjective.
In our mutual opinion, the hotel is excellent. The only thing is that the food is a little expensive (lunch and dinner, alcohol), but no one forbids eating outside the hotel : )
In the rest - everything is exquisite (I would even say - intelligent), civilized, comfortable, cozy and sincere. Uncle Tolya, Alexander, both Lyudmilas, maid girls - all wonderful people. Hello everyone and thanks again! : )
As for Solnechnogorsk as a village. Indeed, the road to the beach is common for pedestrians and cars : ( But there is another road - through the bridge (it is a little longer, but much calmer and quieter). Plus, along this other road, access to the beach in another place (through the market), as we seemed cleaner and more tidy.

According to the 5-point system, the hotel is a solid 5, the village is a C grade (.
But in spite of any minuses, all members of our company liked the rest very, very much : ) We remember these days with pleasure and look at the photos!
