Stayed in September 2017. I liked everything very much. The location of the house, in my opinion, is very successful, both day and night it is quiet around, to the sea, if you walk foot by foot for 8-10 minutes, and if you hurry, you can jump 3-4. There is a shop along the way, and the locals bring something (grapes, figs, dogwood, pears, even pickled cucumbers) from their gardens. Greenery all around. And blue skies. The sea is wonderful. There weren't many people, it's still September. Yes, that's better. On the last day of our stay, dolphins were spinning near the beach. Quite a long time.
I return to the house, when the sun rises high, it turns out to the side, and then behind the house, so that all the balconies are in a fertile shade. And the kitchenettes are separate, it's so convenient. Especially on the first floor. With a separate exit. Parking for cars next to the house. Again, very convenient. And we did barbecue, celebrated a birthday. We sat until night, fed the hedgehog barbecue. And what stars. I saw such stars only on about. Popov in the Sea of ​ ​ Japan, almost the same latitude.
Many thanks to Andrey and his mother Lyudmila Ivanovna. We arrived without reservation, for good luck, as they say. However, they did not refuse us, and after half an hour of waiting, a room for three was ready. The room is clean. Air conditioning. TV set. Everything is working. And Wi-Fi, of course, the child could not do without it. And the price is acceptable. Before that, we stopped at a house on Shosseynaya Street, on the site one price is worth, but in reality, oh-hoo, how they pulled it up. And then they even lowered it, which we were pleasantly surprised at.

Unfortunately they were only there for a week. We were planning a trip for a long time. As a result, only a week. But what. They bathed in the sea, my husband and daughter (they are at sea for the first time), but not me. I can sit in the water for hours. We managed to hit the road to Yalta twice. After the first trip to Yalta, my husband began to drive on "serpentines" like locals. They rush along these roads, sharp turns pass almost without slowing down. We all "freaked out" over one sign at such a turn "limit to 70", not far from Alushta. And so they usually pass on the cell.
We really want to come again. I'm afraid to guess. But we will try. And not for a week. At least two, but three is better. As our housemates said, "Twenty-one days is definitely needed. "
