I sent parents, a child and a sister with a child to rest.
I’ll make a reservation right away, I agree 100% with the previous authors - disappointment,
discrepancy price / quality.
And about the announcement in the dining room - I confirm! It was! ! sister called the first day
rest and talked about this announcement, about the "Administration for product quality
is not responsible" - this only happens in cheap comedies or jokes.
About expectations:
There were no illusions about the rooms, the range of food, the attendants, the animation.
It would be naive to count on a level of service above average in Crimea - this is not even customary here
at the Yalta Hotel in Yalta. Pleasant exceptions met only in private hotels.
But definitely, there were expectations for an adequate price / quality ratio.
/12 nights, 3 adults, child 10 years old at the price of an adult, child 2 years old - half price - 3000$/
What well:
- fairly new buildings;
- yes, the territory is protected;

- rooms, not a fountain, but pleasantly surprised
- in comparison with the surrounding landscape and recreation centers - yes, this is number 1 : ))
- for kids on the beach, a tent with toys / cubes, balls / was covered,
where it was possible to hide them from the sun and entertain
. . those. everything corresponds to the brochures : ))
The general impression is that the idea is not bad, implemented in relation to the organization of the territory,
but failed in relation to the organization of recreation / dreams crashed against mentality
personnel selected from the local population/.
What's not clear:
- probably the main disappointment is the dining room:
_fruits were sometimes - bananas or oranges; well THIS IS CRIMEA! ! where are the peaches, plums, apples, grapes???
_the assortment of food is not very large and more than modest, they have not heard about serving here
_meat was both liver and meatballs - but not everyone got meat, because. there was not much of it, plus those vacationers
to whom the meat fell, they tried to get it good and collected full plates;
_take out a cookie, banana or bun for a child to feed before dinner - impossible, at the exit from the cafeteria
the guards took away everything, not allowing any of the products to be taken out;
_ children cannot buy something from food outside the hotel territory, because. in a paid bar near the sea in assortment
only $12 chicken skewers, vodka, cheap sodas;
_outside the hotel there are a couple of shops, where you can pick up something from sweets, but about food for children:
boiled sausage, cottage cheese, yogurt, fruit - you can forget.
_my 10-year-old daughter came for the first time after a vacation, dropping a couple of kilograms / I have her since 5 years annually for a month
I send children's camps to the Crimea - and with her appetite, this is a total plus 2-4 kg /
_TETKI AT THE DISTRIBUTION - they constantly shouted at the children, in the spirit of "bring the plate closer, I said! "; sprayed from head to toe several times

my father and daughter with oil and sauce plopping food on a plate....I was not there, I would personally twist my arms : (, and my family is no exception in this regard, such an attitude was towards everyone,
- boorish, gloomy, absolutely unfriendly staff - especially in the dining room !!!;
- slides for children, there are . . beautiful . . but metal - in order not to fry the child, you can use it either in the early morning or late in the evening;
- the pool is not cleaned, full of sand
- pebble-shell beach - children's legs are pricked
- entry into the water - with boulders and immediately deep
- animation???! ! - and she was _ something absolutely indistinct
Okay, I can list a lot more, but I think this is more than enough... _ personally, I am shocked by the stories of the family.
NATURE: steppe Crimea - you can’t say anything here - they knew where they were going
PUBLIC:
_my sister told me that the people of Kiev and vacationers from Belarus and Kazakhstan were the most shocked by what was happening (it must have taken them where), who rested somewhere and have something to compare with; The Russians, who have something to compare with, were not noticed at the base : )
_ got acquainted with vacationers from Rivne, Lutsk, Donetsk, - in the Crimea for the first or second time,
not happy, disappointed, but reacted more calmly : ))
_many vacationers from Russia, /who can be recognized by "captain's caps" : )) - about 30 men walked around the territory in "captain's caps" bought in the nearest village, apparently "came off by fashionable Crimean souvenirs" : )))
_surprised a couple of families from Siberia: they come here for a couple of months for a couple of months - by the way, they are happy,
but they do not allow staff to clean the house, or to water the lawn and take food with them, they take a couple of bags of sausages and other products -
???!! ! - nuuuu... if you calculate how much the rest "poured out" here, this choice is not clear to me. If you have money, then the same green mountainous Yalta, Alushta, Novy Svet with private apartments and mini-hotels, a riot of greenery and the aroma of cypresses, assortments of fruits and Crimean

kitchen....but oh well - for sure people are happy once they go.
MANAGEMENT: the director of the second-hand factory owner came and said: "Yes, we are constantly fighting for the quality of service, but the second-hand manager is not manageable and does not want to obey" - I did not understand why the second-hand management and the staff were not fired.
SUMMARY:
a. vacation not worth the money spent
b. "exotic soviet mentality" was enough in childhood,
More on such "extreme experiments" will not go.
