Ужасный отдых Terrible holiday

We rested at the Scarlet Parus Hotel in late July and early August. It was not the first time in this hotel. Every year it gets worse and worse. I don’t know what kind of sea they write about. The hotel is located about 2-3 km from the sea. The view from the windows is only on the trash can. The owners are very greedy people. And the mistress Natalia, in general, is a hysterical, inadequate and uneducated woman. Paid money for accommodation, nothing can be used. Can't wash, can't iron. The rooms are not cleaned. They require an additional fee for everything: a kettle - pay, an iron - pay, put a car in the yard - pay, even for a small child who slept with us on the bed, and then they ripped off the money. Food at the hotel is very expensive, the portions are very small. In any less normal cafe it is much cheaper and the portions are twice as large. Therefore, for the price they ask for a room, I do not recommend anyone to go. Just ruin your holiday. And positive reviews are most likely written by the owners themselves.
