I have never written a review in my life, but this is not forgotten! So, a month before vacation
booked a room with a view of the fortress and the sea, as they explained to us on the right there will be a fortress on the left, the sea on the balcony and dropped a photo of the hotel from a bird's eye view. We made a 10% prepayment, the manager Igor confirmed the reservation, everything is ok. As a result, upon arrival, a lady meets us with a stern look for about half an hour, looking for our reservation in a soiled notebook on the veranda, we are waiting with bags, somehow she found it, but said that the full payment should be made personally with the hostess, who is not now and she will not know when, perhaps in the evening , perhaps tomorrow, and showed us to the room. They didn’t manage to clean the room, it turned out to be dirty with some kind of rags on the floor and with an incomprehensible smell, they said Oh! Wait please! let's go on the veranda and drink coffee in 30 minutes it will be clean. We drank, returned, waited another 5 minutes while the cleaning lady was washing, the beginning was not the same, but oh well, I think we should rejoice - after all, we came to rest! Instead of the fortress and the sea, the view from the windows turned out to be an old construction site with concrete beams, ceilings and other delights of life, as they explained to us - we don’t know anything in your notebook, the reservation is for this number, while the hostess is gone, I can’t do anything and nothing about the promised room Don't know! But don’t worry, the construction site has been frozen for a long time since Soviet times and there will be no noise from it)))) thank you very much for that))
But the most interesting thing is further - in anticipation of the elusive hostess, they sat down on their cafe site to eat, evaluate the service, they were alone there, the barbecue man did everything for a VERY long time slowly in a wreck, demonstrating with his whole appearance that because of us he was the only poor busy busy distracted, although we ordered barbecue portions 5 (hungry from the road) and other food for a decent amount.

And only 45 minutes (! ) After the order, the waitress came up and, with the air that we owed her something, gave her a sacramental:
"Young people, I want to IMMEDIATELY WARN you not three lamb and one pork, but three pork and one lamb, we have a young griller, so like this" I said that we will only eat what we ordered, and we will not wait for unfinished meat when eating around the waitress and staff at the next table constantly turned to us and giggled. To my question, something was wrong in unison, they said that everything was fine, sorry, and turned away, but the stupid whisper and glances continued. The restaurant is run by Crimean Tatars and all the staff there.
More interesting - in the evening the hostess came to our room herself, went out for the hundredth time to this filthy veranda for mutual settlements, - she told us literally the following - we have to pay her more, tk. prepayment does not count, and her manager Igor generally works remotely in another city, and although this and their website she is not responsible for him, I showed her an email with confirmation of the reservation, how and where I booked, she tried for a long time to get through to this for some reason Igor, I couldn’t, and I was already boiling, sent everyone to take the prepayment and we left, I didn’t want to give the money for a long time, they say, at least call the police, do you already know how much I work here ? ? 20 years! And I know everyone and nothing will happen to me! Somehow, in the end, he took it almost by force, after a big scandal with all this swooping pack of personnel, and left! It’s not even about the money, but the fact that I didn’t want to be in such a place at all, and I will never leave a penny to such arrogant, unscrupulous people!
