" Then for 2 days the hot water disappeared completely. “Dear” administrator Oksana told me that this was due to an accident in the city (although there is probably a baller in the hotel) and she does not know when everything will be fixed. After 2 days hot water appeared, but now it was given only from 7 to 8 pm. We didn’t have time - it’s not fate to wash ourselves today! Mothers with children were in shock, quarreling with the administration, but this did not lead to anything.
2. The room is not cleaned at all, bed linen and towels are not changed, even the garbage is not taken out. I told the administrator that any self-respecting hotel cleans up the garbage in the rooms once a day. Oksana said: clean up the garbage yourself - the container is in front of the hotel! I have not seen such rudeness anywhere else... although we rested in Ukraine, and in Belarus, and in Russia.
3. From the sea, the hotel is 15 minutes walk along the road strewn with stones. Those. girls, forget about heels. In the evening, you can only walk to the cafe along this road in sneakers.
4. The reception says: "We are not responsible for valuables left in the room. " I immediately question: Is there a safe in the room or at the reception. Answer: There is no safe anywhere and when you leave the hotel you must give the key to the guard! Those. think: either take all the money to the beach or in the room, where if anything . . no one is to blame . .
5. Well, from minor shortcomings: the window and the door from your room (which overlook the common corridor) will be closed with a curtain, which is translucent especially if you turn on the light in the room in the evening.
