The room was very comfortable, spacious, everything was clean and fresh, we were provided with everything necessary for personal hygiene. The room was very comfortable, spacious, everything was clean and fresh, we were provided with everything necessary for personal hygiene. During our stay, we managed to see a lot of sights within the area. In general, I liked the fact that the boarding house itself is located in a calm, quiet area, if we suddenly wanted peace and solitude, then there were no problems with this. We got to the beach in 15 minutes, out of habit it was, of course, difficult to climb a hill, albeit a small one, but after a few days we got used to it, and this was not a particular problem for us. I also want to note that there were a lot of shops nearby, 5-7 minutes walk. For the price of accommodation, it turned out to be quite inexpensive. I would like to express special gratitude to the owner Alexei - we were met very cordially, told everything, answered all our questions, a very pleasant person. We will definitely come back here again and again!

Agree, it is very, very cheap. We thought so, the number would be like the number, spent the night and okay, but in reality everything turned out to be completely different. The room is beautiful, light, comfortable and most importantly very clean. There is a swimming pool in the yard, which is very cool for me. For a small fee, you can save yourself from such problems as cooking. The food here is very tasty. Since we were in such a wonderful city for the first time, I decided to use the services of guides at the boarding house. As a result, for our short vacation of 12 days, we managed to go to the mountains, ride horses, visited several excursions, went to a couple of cities in Crimea, where we saw the sights. And of course, lying on the beach, sunbathing, swimming in the sea. Every day was so busy that in the evening there was only the strength to have dinner and lie down in a comfortable bed. By the way, in Solnechnoye it was very calm at night. In general, we were very satisfied with the trip!

That's what it means when a person is lucky, we ended up in a wonderful place. The location of the boarding house is incredibly convenient, everything is close. If you want a restaurant - you need a restaurant, if you want a bowling alley - you need a bowling alley. The food in the boarding house is so delicious that I didn’t even notice how extra pounds came to me. The cook is trying hard, and what kebabs, you can just swallow your tongue. If you don't want to go to the sea, there is a swimming pool on the territory of the boarding house. Right now I really want to thank the people who created this place of rest for the cosiness, cleanliness and comfort that they offer to visitors. In the evening, you can buy a bottle of delicious Crimean wine at the bar and enjoy the passing day. I didn't want to go back to gray days. “Sunny” is really the place where it is sad to leave and where it is pleasant to be.

By the way, in the morning the owner offered breakfast an omelette and coffee with cream, we ordered, and when he brought scrambled eggs, we were amazed... to which the owner said that there was no milk, it was supposedly sour and the coffee would also be without cream and milk, and even poured coffee natural in a cup and poured boiling water, in general, some kind of burdochlyst....Advice not to eat in that pension

I call the owner on a Ukrainian phone, and the owner is in Moscow. After 1 hour of searching (circling around), the owner's son, 16 years old, came out to meet us. Finally, when we got to the boarding house, we found out that we were not expected there, our names were not in the magazine. The owners left for Moscow, the cook quit. An hour later, while the owner's son was running around, he met another vacationer, until he phoned his dad and found out that Oksana, who was recorded in the journal, is me (my name is Lyudmila from birth), we were shown our number. All the windows of the rooms are turned to the courtyard, that is, we can’t see the sea, but only construction, there are a lot of them in Sudak. There is a small balcony shared by residents of all three floors. . And of course, there was the issue of food. The cook went to the sea (2 p. m. time), an elderly woman who remained to look after the boarding house and, of course, without really knowing anything, showed us the kitchen and said that we could take what was left from the table. On the table there were plates with weathered salad, the flies had already chosen it, I didn’t take it away from them, pancakes and the remains of ala balanda soup in the pan. Before pouring the soup, I had to wash the dishes, because there were leftovers of food on it, and again flies were crawling. After all this, we decided not to spoil our further vacation, spitting on 80 euros, which were transferred to the owner earlier, went to look for another boarding house, found it on a nearby street. For a week now, since we are at home, in Moscow, the rest has remained in my memories, and good ones, and all the same we are waiting for the call of the owners with apologies.
