VILLA EMMA. Sun Valley, Kapsel Bay (3 km from Sudak): we rested at the end of June as a family of 4:2 adults + 2 children. In general, the rest is 50% to 50%. Not a bad idea with a complex remote from the noise, but with the implementation of the trouble. Food without frills, but not bad for the Crimea. It was of course that something did not like from the dishes, but basically - in the norm. What upset me was the size of the portions (or rather, a micro-size), but this issue was resolved after contacting the administrator (although such questions should not arise). What frankly struck me - at the height of the season, instead of local berries and fruits, they gave us kiwi, oranges, bananas, apples... We bought fruits, juices, beer and wine on our own in Sudak (fortunately we were by car). True, the villa has a bar, in principle, everything was there, but at prices 2 times higher than store prices (bar prices) Rooms - accommodation: we had a 2-room suite in a 3rd cottage. The room is a little "tired" - it was obviously renovated a few years ago, but in general, nothing. The air conditioners worked properly. The main scourge of living is cleaning, or rather the lack of it! They swept the carpet in our room! 2 times in 12 days. I never heard the hum of a vacuum cleaner. At the same time, after the so-called cleaning, the sink was dirty, dust and cobwebs in their usual places. On the TV before leaving in room 311, I wrote: "Wipe me. " Just wondering if it was deleted or left as it is? As for the places of common residence (with the exception of the dining room and the pool), there, in general, there is no smell of cleaning: the staircase of the cottage, the tennis court, the cinema - dust, dirt, cobwebs are everywhere. About the cinema: take your CDs with you! As for the playground: it is really good, but its surface - dried grass - is clearly not safe for children (I, walking along it, broke through a rubber slipper... ). Game room - loudly said. There was mud for several days, then they cleaned up a little, but there was nothing special to play with - the area was irrationally used... The most important thing was not said: the beach and the sea. Indeed, the beach is far away, but they carry it regularly 2 times a day. And such a clean and well-groomed CITY! I have not yet seen a beach in Crimea (not a sanatorium). There are two beaches: first sandy, where it is very shallow and sandy. It’s great for kids there, and then the beach is pebbly: small pebbles, it is possible to sit on a sun lounger under a canopy or without it. Sun lounger rental -5 UAH per hour or 30 UAH per day. In general, if we close our eyes to the dirt in the villa, then the rest is nothing, 3+ on a 5 point system, maybe if the weather had not deteriorated for 2 days - and we would not have had to spend time playing dirty tennis and in a dusty cinema, the experience would have been better....
I would like to wish Villa Emma to listen to the comments, and not turn away when people express dissatisfaction and find an intelligent MANAGER who can manage everything and everyone. Pay attention to evening leisure - its absence.
I'll attach a photo later.
