Veselovskaya bay - beauty!!!
From July 28 to August 8, that is, in the highest season, we rested with my husband and a 10-year-old child in Veselovskaya Bay (the village of Vesyoloye - from it the name of the bay) 15 km from Sudak towards Alushta. I will say right away that we are comrades who are quite demanding on elementary environmental conditions: we love normal owners, without cockroaches in our heads; we love a clean bed, clean dishes, well, so that we don’t get to the beach for half an hour on the road, and yes, the beach is not on each other’s heads. So, on the recommendation of friends, we ended up in Veselovskaya Bay. Friends advised me to stop at Rustem's (the owner is Lenura, and Mustafa is there). To be honest, it's very sad. I will not describe in detail, who needs to see for yourself when you arrive there. I'll tell you about the good. The husband rushed around the district, there were no places anywhere, only at the base of "Akvamarin" (as it turned out later, this was either the former "Kievlyanka" or "Kyiv"). They have their own website, who wants to go.
Everything that is written there is pure truth, although the site itself was made in haste, the photos are uninformative, but in fact everything is much better. The territory is immersed in greenery: young arborvitae, cypresses, junipers, flowers all around, climbing roses, gazebos twined with wild grapes, paved paths, illuminated with lanterns in the evening - beauty day and night !! ! There is a playground with barbecues where you can fry kebabs, cars are parked around the territory, since the place allows. There are rooms of different cost and comfort. We lived on the 3rd floor of a three-story building in a room that costs 500 UAH, BUT since we were there for 10 days we were given a discount and we paid 450 UAH. per room per day. This is a pleasant circumstance!
The room has a double bed and a folding armchair, a luxurious bed, a TV set (it catches 15 channels), a conder (wow, how he saved us in that abnormal heat that was this summer), amenities in the room with normal plumbing, double-glazed windows - who needs it at night silence, not the noise of discos - you will have silence; on the balcony there is plastic furniture and a gorgeous view of the sea and surroundings. There is a canteen on the territory, you can order a menu, they feed decently enough. There are also two equipped kitchens, where women selflessly prepare meals despite their vacation. Tap water does not taste so hot, so we did not regret taking a small Aquaphor with us. I don’t know why, but in 10 days we never had problems with water: cold and hot all day, they turned it off closer to midnight, but we don’t even have tap water at home at 23.00, but here is a resort place.
The STAFF is very friendly, everyone is busy with their own business, I have never seen one of them stupidly loitering around, buzzing like bees. In the affairs of vacationers, I did not see anyone interfering or indicating what to do. There are also wooden houses costing 250 UAH, but this is a completely different level - it seems there is no fan. I didn’t see it myself, I don’t know, but I heard two gossips talking in the kitchen, who lived in such a house. Like, that kind of money was paid off, but there was no service, but for that kind of money in Egypt or Turkey with food, you can live for a week, just pay for the flight! HA-HA-HA!! ! I smile out loud! The three of us lived in LUX, drank and ate what we wanted, plus the road back and forth, plus excursions, we got three - 7 thousand hryvnias. LET THEY TRY those gossips for 7 thousand UAH THREE of us to go to Egypt for 7 days with meals! Rzhu-nimago!

Mountains, rocks overgrown with coniferous and other greenery, the air in the evening is infused with sea and phytoncides! Attention: from the room to the sea 50 meters - and that's right!! ! For the first few days, with my daughter and husband, we even moved aside, and then - like crazy with a backpack and photo, video, I drove around all the surroundings - Cape Ai-Fok right up to Morskoye, Karaul-Oba, Novyi Svet, Sudak, on even though the guards swam there, the Golitsyn trail went, went to Dzhur-Dzhur, and my daughters and I fell like seals on the beach right in front of the gates of our Aquamarine. The beach, of course, we have seen better, but here it is tolerable - gray sand, stones come across. There are few people, freedom, some even pull small tents and sit on the beach all day long! But I never learned how to enter the sea normally in 10 days. Large stones, through one slippery, it is better to go in slippers.
The funniest thing was when, on the last day of our stay, we moved a little 20 meters from our usual place and saw how normal people entered the sea for themselves: they simply scattered large stones to the sides, made such a path into the sea, because under large stones, small pebbles, on which you can normally step and do not squirm. We laughed - how we ourselves could not think of this in 10 days !! ! So, take advantage of the experience! The sea itself is sea, when of course there is no storm (we had a small one for two days), clean, beautiful algae on the stones, sometimes brown, sometimes green, a rich underwater world - a lot of fish, crabs. Jellyfish, if they come across sometimes, are tiny and not sticky!!!
Nuances: the prices in the bay are unreasonably high for beer, bread, vegetables and fruits. The locals think differently. They have a day to feed the year!
Therefore, it is better to make purchases in the Vesyoloye village itself, where prices are more democratic, a minibus goes there every hour from morning to evening. There are no pharmacies in the bay either, so take the elementary with you right away. You can choose a hostess or a muffin seller, as we did. They bake delicious, big pies and it’s not scary to get poisoned. They didn’t go to local gendeliki, because they didn’t particularly like to recline on worn Tatar sofas, and they listened to the reviews of their colleagues on vacation, there were few good ones. At this time, the village is in the process of development, the embankment is only pecking, there are a couple of discos, bars, even an artist on the “like embankment”! In a couple of years, I think everything will be tip-top!
In short, they came home rested, not tired, tanned, not burned, the impressions about Veselovskaya Bay are the most pleasant, about the recreation center - too: thanks to the staff and owners, everything is thought out and done for people, and we see that you are on the move and keep evolving!
