I can say one thing, the attitude of the managers to the guests of the hotel is simply bestial! First, about the positive aspects: 1. The hotel is small and cozy, literally 20 meters from the sea no more. 2. The rooms are quite spacious, there are balconies even in standard rooms. 3. Nearby there are both shops and a small tent with fruits and vegetables. Actually, this is where the positives end.... What I didn't like: 1. Wi-Fi at least in our room - 3/1 didn't work at all. 2. There are NO sockets in the room!! ! There is only one charger in the bathroom. How to charge 2 phones is not clear. As the manager Ekaterina said, in some rooms there are extension cords, but in room 3/1 there was none and we were not given one. 3. When booking a room, they clarified whether there is a barbecue area. We were told that there is. As a result, it is located on the 6th floor, however, we were forbidden to fry meat there. 4. Booking provides information about free parking. NO parking! You need to look for it yourself or park for money. 5. Booking contains information about the shared kitchen. As a result, we had to pay 400 rubles. (the receipt was not given to us) to fry the meat and fish that we took with us! 6. Room keys cannot be taken with you when you leave the hotel.... 7. There is no mattress cover, the mattress is covered in yellow spots. 8. And of course, the boorish attitude of the managers Ekaterina and Vitaly takes the palm. It's just awful! We have not seen this anywhere. Arriving to rest in this place from the first minute you feel as if you owe something to these people.....In general, objectively speaking, it may have been a good place earlier, but I do not recommend this place with these tenants. It is disgusting that this hotel does not provide the services described on the official websites.
