This is not a hotel, but just a horror! There is no manager Gennady, he is in Kyiv and cannot come because of the closure of the borders. The hotel is run by a certain Natalya, a very unpleasant and rude woman who is not ready to help in any situation, but only puts sticks in the wheels. We had a room with a balcony and a sea view, there was no furniture on the balcony, they say, it’s not allowed, the room was dirty, the cleaner’s black hair was lying on the floor, the toilet itself was also stained by previous guests. All claims were made to Natalya and instead of eliminating everything, she was ready to put us with a three-year-old child on the street, they say, go look for another hotel, and I will rent this room at an exorbitant price. Just a terrible market woman, not even a woman.
There was a situation when a glass broke in our room, of course, we got the vacuum cleaner only after going downstairs, all calls were ignored, and then the husband heard us being called “bitches who broke the glass”. Very strange behavior for the host. I am silent already about the fact that on the first line of the beach Natalia walks and takes sunbeds herself, in order to later sell them to other people, as Gennady said, he spent more than 10 thousand dollars on sunbeds, apparently they are trying to recoup their costs. Well, on the day of departure, despite the fact that the check-out from the hotel is at 12 and in the morning you can go to the sea, but you have to pay for a sunbed, it is not included in the price)) Very strange service, hosts and the hotel in general.
