First, a few words about the village itself.
Utyos is a resort non-residential village on the South Coast. On the first line there are so-called boathouses (formerly garages for boats). The whole village was built in 3 years. The unofficial name of the village is Santa Barbara, after the name of the first hotel in this place. He was also named after the series "Santa Barbara". Right on the embankment there is the first line of boathouse hotels. The Seventh Heaven Hotel is located on the second line, where there are also boathouses.
The hotel building itself is a modern, formerly 7, and now 8-storey building with an elevator. Only there is one thing - the elevator goes from the 2nd to the 6th, 7th and 8th floor, since the technical characteristics of the elevator do not provide for more than 4 floors. We lived on the 4th floor. By the way, due to the design features of the building, our 4th floor turned out to be the 5th, the 5th - the 6th, etc. So think in advance which floor to choose.

The ticket price includes breakfast (however very hearty), which includes a salad (required) and 2 more dishes. Lunch and dinner can be purchased for an additional fee.
We lived in a 2-bed room with amenities for 250 UAH. per person per day. The room is very comfortable, bathroom. the unit is in excellent condition, only sometimes the neighbors were noisy at night, and it was simply unbearable to sleep.
The hotel does not have its own beach, so I had to be content with a common resort. This beach is pebbly. Its minus lies in the fact that they smoke there, although this is prohibited.
Once we went to the beach of the nearby Utyos sanatorium, although we had to pay. Its advantage is that there is a shadow there.
For all the time of our vacation, the sea was warm, calm, only once the waves rose (2 balls). The sea is shallow only for a few meters from the shore, and further - deep. But no matter what, we bought well.
Utyos can be reached by bus. The bus station is located on the mountain, you have to walk a little.
Near the bus station there is a local attraction - the castle of Princess Gagarina, next to which there is a chic park, passing through which you can find yourself on another beach of the resort. From there you can go to Karasan - a resort located next door. Excursion boats leave from there (there are no regular boats).
Also in the Rock is Cape Plaka, which is easy to reach on foot.
In general, we had a good rest, with the exception of minor troubles, which I mentioned earlier.
