In general, does the hotel management have any idea about certification? In order to earn these three stars, you need to give your best. But I'm not talking about that. The place itself has no right to be called a Crimean resort. Sophisticated building without a pedestrian zone at all. Smelly sewers in the middle of the "resort". The sewer smell lingers all day and night. We didn't open the windows. A few years ago, they believed in this miracle - the resort village of Utes. All lies. We won't go again.
