We have just returned from this resort. We lived in building 2.
Pros: a large clean area (there is a place to walk outside: Santa Barbara embankment, Karasan embankment, San Karasan (entrance 10 UAH), playground (+ room with a teacher), good food (you won’t stay hungry, a lot of vegetables, side dishes, meat dishes 2 types + 1 fish dish), good treatment, comfortable clean beach 1-2 minutes from the room.
Of the minuses: on the beach you need slippers for swimming, cobblestones and stones in the water, but this does not bother you in calm, and in a storm, of course, it's hard to swim. Long check-in (full hour). The park at the bottom of building 3 is not well maintained (hands do not reach). Excursion service by IP Ulitenko N. A. terrible, as they provide life-threatening transport. There is another travel agency there (we did not use its services).
