Were in this "hotel" from 4 to 16 January 2016. Booking number No. 21709201546. Vacation ruined from the start.
Checked in with two children in a deluxe room. Before settling for 40 minutes (!!! ) stood in line. As a result, we were given black bracelets, which do not work at all in the hotel. With a scandal, they changed it to white ones, which work to open the number every other time. We entered the room only an hour and a half after arrival.
The room smells of dampness, Wi-Fi does not work, the phone does not work. At the reception, the girls shrug and smile.

In the morning I began to explore the bathroom, so on the ceiling I found a pool in the stretch ceiling. Naturally, two buckets of water looked at me from the ceiling. The source of dampness has been established. At the reception, the girls again shrug and do nothing. 5 days of demands led to the fact that we were offered a one-room suite instead of two rooms. Another day was spent on the "search" for us an equivalent replacement number!
The room is cold. The batteries do not heat, the heated towel rail does not work. It took DAYS for a locksmith to come to us. He came, looked, shrugged his hands, showed that the heated towel rail did not work due to marriage (hot water gushed out of it when it was connected), and the batteries... well, batteries, turn on the air conditioner. The plumber left, I got into the radiators, turned the valve and the batteries started working. Leave the towel warmer as is. Freaks.
It was funny when we came to the all inclusive restaurant. We have this "all inclusive" was included in the ticket, but there was a crowd of people who had just flown in to rest. So they were offered 2 trays of coleslaw, two trays of cucumbers and two trays of tomatoes. But after the scandal, in which we did not participate due to the fact that we had small children, they brought several trays of cold cuts and boiled sausages. In the morning, you really need to undermine yourself for breakfast, as they cook little and everything is swept away quickly.
The next deception was already in the procedures. It is unrealistic to get into free procedures. You come, and they tell you that everything is scheduled for a week in advance. Another scandal, another favor and putting you on the schedule. At the same time, you are entitled to 10 free procedures for every 5 days, but you can only go through 1 procedure per day!! ! We flew in for 12 days, so we were told that the procedures are included only in 5 + 5, and the rest of 2 days is impossible to pass.
Shutdowns. Before the trip, I called them several times and asked about power outages. They said that the hotel is completely autonomous. Lie! Outages occur (still) several times a day and they do not have any autonomous generators.

Swimming pool. We went specifically to this hotel because of the pool with sea water. Well, yes, the water is salty, maybe sea. A sign hangs in the pool, telling where the water is taken from, how far the water is taken from the shore, how it is cleaned and how wonderful everything is. But at some point, I began to notice that the pool is generally (that is, absolutely) not cleaned! When we left, the bottom of the pool was almost orange with mud and silt.
Staff. The girls at the reception are trained to lie and not give answers to simple questions. Get nothing from them. The guards are bullying when no one can see them. Here is an example. At the pool, I couldn't leave my clothes in the drawer because their "smart" system wouldn't close any of the drawers. Your bracelet, it seems, should open and close almost all the doors in the hotel. But here are 20 boxes and none of them work. I went up to reception and explained the situation. The girl blinked her eyes for a long, long time, then called a disgruntled guard, who, armed with a MOUNT, went with me to the pool. Why mount? He came to the pool and asked, well, where is the box that needs to be HACKED? ! When he found out that the box did not need to be cracked, but that it was necessary to show how to close it, he brought down a stream of abuse on me, well, not obscene. Beach. Gentlemen, this is not a beach. That is, there is a strip along the sea. But it is... so short that in summer the density of herring in a barrel is less than the density of people on this piece of "beach". those who were here in the summer told us their negative impressions.

There is a paid sauna - 800 rubles per hour, but for at least 3 hours))) The price tags in local restaurants on the territory are simply sky-high: a family of 4 with two small children for a very modest dinner without dessert, barbecue, alcohol and so on - 4 600 rubles minimum. A taxi at the hotel costs 3-4 times more than calling from the city.
Breakfast is included in the room rate. But if you do not come to the opening of the restaurant, then you will be left with a couple of cold cuts and vegetables. That is, they cook very little and poorly.
