I did not decide on a 10 day vacation due to numerous negative reviews, and stayed for 5 nights in this hotel and 5 nights in another. To be honest, I didn't want to leave. . . Yes, there are disadvantages in the service, in cleaning, but. . . infrastructure is just class!! ! And they came to the room only to sleep and change. Although then we stayed at another hotel, where the room is just super, the staff is all well-trained, but my 4-year-old girl is already on the trail. The day began to beg back. The child is very painful, not a single infection passes by, but here - they didn’t climb out of the sea, pools, playgrounds in the evenings, it was impossible to drag the child into the room and she didn’t get sick with anything !!! . There was always something to do. I really liked the hotel, honestly, and if you don’t dwell on the existing disadvantages, and don’t specifically look for shortcomings, then everything is just super! Indeed, in the second hotel, where there was nothing to complain about, after Yalta-Intourist it was boring, and in the evenings the child himself called to the room, she preferred to watch cartoons on the tablet. . . So whoever needs what, he comes for that. If you want a quality rest for a child, then you are in Yalta - Intourist !! ! We are going to come here again next year : )
