just returned after a week stay in foreign tourist (stand-improved room).
pros:
- good territory, near the park, although abandoned
- super view from the window (stay higher and with a view of Yalta)
- the pool is large, with salt water, there is no shortage of sun loungers if you arrive early
- a wide beach (there were jellyfish on the days of our stay), excellent access by elevator to it, with sunbeds everything is similar to the pool
- proximity to Yalta (25 min walk)
Minuses:
- standard superior room - good, but the furniture is shabby in a couple of places
- the bathroom is excellent (from scratch) but it smelled of sewage and the sink was leaking slightly
- same breakfast
- we took lunches at the hotel (monotonous) for 170 UAH per person and regretted it, because not far from the hotel, on the way to Yalta, there are cafes where they could dine cheaper and more varied
- there are a lot of unfinished construction around the hotel

in general, the hotel is not bad, but it seems to me that it is not worth the money (8-10 thousand UAH for two for a week).
For exactly the same amount, they could take a week in TUI at the Crown Plaza 5 * city hotel in Antalya with a flight, although there would not be such a view from the window, but 5 stars are not all 3, as in Intourist.
I recommend cafe Massandra on the right side of the road to Yalta from the hotel
