So again we visited Yalta, using the services of "Yalta-Intourist". This time I would like to cover information about the hotel and Yalta in more detail. We ordered a regular standard room, because. We returned to the hotel only to sleep, take a shower and change clothes. They moved two beds for us and brought a cot for the child. This year we paid 400.00 rubles per day (100 UAH) for our son. He is in the category of children from 6-12 years old. Children under 6 years old are accommodated in an extra bed free of charge.
Meals: Only breakfast is included in the tour price. Breakfast is a Swedish line. In my opinion, there are enough products and dishes presented so as not to remain hungry. Lunch and dinner are also represented by Swedish lines with themed evenings (Ukrainian, Italian, etc. ). Issue price 170-190 UAH. from a person.
We ate either in a cafe on the beach "Orange" (a very popular and fashionable place) - delicious, portions are large enough and reasonably priced, or went to the city for cafes. Although there are also many different cafes and bars on the territory of the hotel (we visited an Italian restaurant - delicious, but expensive, and while we were waiting for our son from the disco, we went to the Last Chance pub: live music, delicious desserts, we didn’t try anything from the main menu ).

The beach is clean, well-maintained (except for the fact that vacationers themselves can "piss"). This year (unlike last year), the following picture was observed: some vacationers came early in the morning and occupied many sunbeds both in the shade and by the sea... did not find, they lay down directly on the stones). And the gentlemen, who occupied many places, came to dinner as part of 3-4 people, scattering things over 8 occupied sunbeds....There were conflicts on this basis, when they could not decide whose sunbed it was, who occupied it earlier. But already by 13.00-14.00 the mass of people was decreasing, and it was possible to enjoy the sea without unnecessary and extraneous cries. Of the minuses, it can be noted that this year a berth for pleasure boats was made on one of the sections of the beach, and on the other, for jet skis, which now and then "roared" and raced through the waves in the vicinity of bathing people. It was scary to swim behind the buoys precisely for these reasons. The last 2 days of our stay at sea was a storm.
The son was constantly with us, so the services of the children's room and animation were not used. The only thing he visited with pleasure was a children's disco.
We also did not use the hotel's animation services, although, judging by the advertising, something exciting and funny was offered. Once my son and I went to the pool (time 10.00-11.00 am). The people are dark, there are no free places either in the shade or in the sun (both in the children's and in the adult pool). At the same time, in the adult pool, the animator girl was doing aqua aerobics. Well, who cares, but we didn’t go to the pool anymore.
The territory of the hotel is large and beautiful, there are places where you can take pictures, a lot of tourists walk around the territory in the evenings.
Excursions were bought on the Massandra beach: much cheaper than in a hotel and more fun. We again visited the "Swallow" (tickets were bought directly on the embankment, and departed from there): on the site of the former restaurant, in the castle itself, there is now an exhibition hall (did not visit). Were in the Yalta Zoo: definitely worth a visit. Now an aquarium has been opened nearby (you can immediately visit the zoo, the aquarium, and the "Glade of Fairy Tales" - an entry ticket is bought everywhere). Of the excursions, I would especially like to note the "Paradise" garden in Partenit: it is very beautiful, there are many beautiful sculptures and vegetation... in general, I recommend it! We were in the Livadia Palace, but last year's excursion to the Vorontsov Palace impressed me much more! I remember walking along the Embankment: it’s beautiful, you can listen to street musicians, admire the works of artists and many, many different entertainments.

In general, the rest is good! The main and significant drawback - PRICES! They are really Huge. If we sum up the cost of a hotel room, the cost of tickets, the cost of a taxi (to get from the airport / railway station), the cost of Meals (the hotel offers only breakfast, and everything else is for an additional fee, or in cafes in the city), the cost of excursions and gifts, souvenirs - you are horrified! Turkey, Egypt, Tunisia - of course cheaper at times, but this is for those who like to lie in the sun with an "asterisk", sleep off, eat without restrictions and other joys of 5-star service.
I hope someone will benefit from the information from my review!
