Booked a stay at this hotel in advance back in February. Reservation department employees strongly recommended paying the entire amount immediately before payment. Guaranteed that if something happens to us, we will receive the entire amount back. Unfortunately, it happened... And we could not go on vacation. A month before the date of our arrival, they warned that we would not go and asked for a refund. And then it started....they said everything is fine, we’ll return everything, give us your details, then “oh, we can’t, the management doesn’t allow us....let’s put you on a deposit when you can then come” we explain that it’s not known whether we can even come no one even listens!! ! Then they asked me to write an application for a return. They wrote it and sent it to them. They have been carrying it somewhere for the director's signature for a month already and lie that there is no one to sign it. Then they say that they signed, but there are some problems with the accounting department. In general, they fool their heads and drag out time so as not to give it away. It is impossible to get to the management, they say: there is no director!! ! Lousy and dishonest people work there!!! ! If they do not return within this week, we will sue!
