Upon entering the room, it turned out that there was not a single light bulb in the lamps. On the phone from the reception for a long time they found out: "how not? not at all? and where are they? " - they asked me....
An electrician came, stood right before our eyes with dirty boots on a chair with white fabric upholstery, and left satisfied with himself....
The crib on the day of arrival was brought after 6 (!! ) reminders, and this was at 23-00, when it was explained six times that the child was already sleeping in her arms. that about 20 years ago. This is also visible in the photo. Bedding for a child of one year looks something like this:

1. The maid comes in, shows two thin blankets and says that there are no mattresses, so lay a blanket, just one, choose which one. Only after the words "Go and look for a mattress! " she went and brought an ordinary adult mattress, which had to fit in a crib. The photo shows how "nice" it turned out (((
2. The pillow that the maid brought, by the way, is also an ordinary, large one, she simply simply put it on the floor and answered indignantly: "What? My hands are busy with a pillowcase! " And then she tugged at the pillow with her foot and began to put a pillowcase on it.
At the end of the scandal, she declared that she was a "normal maid" and, throwing a blanket for the child almost in the face, slammed the door.
After a fight with the maid, they found that the door to the bathroom did not close. Not that the lock didn't work. No!! )) She doesn’t even cover herself at all. In general, we could, of course, survive, but our child constantly strove to go to the toilet and touch everything with his hands, so I would like the bathroom to be somehow covered... yes, and this could be survived if I wish the toilet was clean... But it was just very dirty there. The toilet and shower are disgusting even to go in. I won’t describe, I don’t want naturalism). he can’t stand, he moves out, so I had to put a glass in a soap dish nailed to the wall . . and everything else is the same... In general, we again talked with the administration and the next day a carpenter worked in our room. Fixed it. Thank you. But why couldn't this be done before offering the number? Or did it suit everyone before us? ? I don’t think . .
The elevators work as they please. And for such a huge hotel, this is important, sometimes it was difficult to wait for the elevator. Yes, and the elevators themselves are terribly old and a little alarming . .
In the pool, they bark at you so much that “Leaving 15 minutes before closing! ”, That you don’t want to go anywhere at all... The pool itself is dirty, unkempt, the tiles are rolled off in places. thousand standard numbers.
Meals: Buffet breakfast is included in the price. But if you imagine a quiet tea party in the morning at a table with a snow-white tablecloth, you are mistaken.

just an impossible number of people, constant queues for any dish, impossible noise, stuffiness, tables are designed for 6 people, i. e. you will sit with strangers, there are tables for four, but not enough. Just imagine a huge dining room, 1000-1500 people. Everyone eats, pushes and runs for food. And the smell is appropriate. Just as you eat, they immediately sweep under your table and clean the dishes from which you still eat))) The quality of food is canteen, no more, no less. Assortment wide, but little edible. The service staff - like everyone else in this hotel - is unfriendly and indifferent. There are only two chairs for children, and the children themselves - at least a hundred), so they rush along the aisles, crawl under the chairs, fall, yell, pig. Do not think that children annoy me)) I, among other things, write about my child))) So he also behaved like that)) And what else was left? Between his runs, I managed to sip coffee sometimes, like all parents) ), and by phone we were promised everything in the best possible way: high chairs, cribs, a children's playroom. And in this room a boy of about 20 is on duty, who has no idea how children are arranged, and toys are completely unsuitable for children under 6 years old. And children after 6 are hardly sitting in such rooms.
The beach is all right, clean. Out of season you can get to the beach directly by car. In season, I don't know. Very good waterfront cafes. Tasty. Expensive. Purely. There is a cafe that even a little amazes with the interior - plasma, plumbing, dishes, furniture, service - not everywhere in the capital there is such a thing. Very worthy. The territory is very clean, beautiful, green.
Dolphinarium is a bit sad. Small, behind a board fence, some kind of shriveled.
Parking directly under the hotel -5 hryvnia per hour, 100 UAH per day. Parking away-50 hryvnia per hour. There are always places here and there.
There is a confusion with the entrance to the hotel - two cars cannot already disperse, the passage is very narrow. Nobody wants to miss each other. Especially local taxi drivers, bus drivers and Russians. unaccustomed)
The restaurants in the hotel are overcrowded, the wait sometimes exceeds an hour, they are smoky and super expensive. We don’t complain about the lack of funds, but we also didn’t pay fifty dollars for pancakes with jam in an Italian restaurant)))
Dinner was delivered to the room quickly and delicious. But also expensive.
And one more unpleasant moment: in the hotel they smoke everywhere. Everywhere! You enter the hotel and you get right into the smoke screen. They smoke in the lobby in the cafe, near the reception desk, near the elevators, on the armchairs of the hall, in the rooms, in the corridors, in all cafes and restaurants..... The stench is impossible. If your neighbors smoke, you will breathe it all the rest. There are no non-smoking rooms in the hotel... Namely, in the Crimea you want to breathe clean air.
