I was not looking for any special amenities, but it was very important for me that the room had a refrigerator and a shower and, preferably, a balcony (because wet swimsuits need to be dried somewhere). Not all rooms in this hotel have balconies, but I was lucky. A big and unexpected plus also turned out to be the 24/7 availability of hot water, and not according to the schedule, as is usually the case in the Crimea. The refrigerator worked properly. Quiet at night - there are no discos nearby. Minibuses from the nearest stop often run both towards the center and towards Livadia. Nearby in the yards there is a supermarket, you just need to go down the road a little, there are also all sorts of small grocery stores. There is also a boarding house nearby and a canteen in it, in which you can eat if you wish, but I didn’t need it. The hotel is round-the-clock, which is also good, sometimes you have to return from excursions quite late. The administrators are all responsive, pleasant people, you can handle any problem. And the price for Yalta is simply amazing! ! (150 UAH!! ! in August!! ! in Yalta!!! )
Now about the cons. The shower drain is just a hole in the floor. If the floor in your room (that is, in the bathroom) turns out to be uneven, then the water will not completely go away and will stagnate, and you need to wipe it yourself with a cloth.
I don’t advise walking back to the hotel - it’s hard, a hundred sweats will come down until you climb the mountain and then your legs hurt for a long time. It is better to take minibuses (you don’t have to wait long for them). But you can take a walk down - you will meet a lot of cats along the way, and the descent leads directly to the park and the embankment.

Garbage is taken out of the room daily, and apparently you have to ask to change the linen and did not notice that they were sweeping. However, I liked the fact that every time they waited for me to leave. I don’t like it when I haven’t really woken up yet, and they are already bursting with cleaning.
Summarizing all of the above, in general, the hotel suited me. Price + hot water + fridge - all I needed to be happy. Of the minuses, this almost daily hike up the mountain was the hardest for me, I did not immediately figure out how best to get there (conclusion: immediately ask where the stop is, and where it is better to go on foot, because these are two different roads. )
I think that if I am going to Yalta again and I will be limited in my means, I will calmly choose this hotel.
