Responsive, friendly and very competent staff. I was booked a regular room, at the reception on arrival, they offered me a room of an improved category, absolutely free of charge, which was very nice.
The room itself is beyond praise - stylish, large, there is a seating area and a sleeping area.
White linen, comfortable mattress. Cleanliness all around, everything in the bathroom shines and sparkles. There is a coffee machine in the room, as well as free tea and coffee. panoramic windows. Great view from the window.
In the hotel itself on the 8th floor there is a SPA area - just beyond praise!
The breakfast is varied, everything is fresh, there is red fish, fresh fruit. In general, I have rarely seen anything like this.
