Going on vacation, I went through a lot of offers on the Internet, I liked Palmira Palace. The first meeting was great, quickly settled in the room. Luggage delivered, wished you a good rest. The interior of the room, the hotel is super. Perfect cleanliness all around, lots of flowers. Unobtrusive service, any request (within reason) is quickly fulfilled. I would especially like to note flower beds, shrubs, trees on the territory - everything is very beautiful, you can feel the hand of the designer-gardener. The outdoor pool is clean and a pleasure to swim. It is very pleasing that you can get to the beach without any problems, there is an elevator. The beach is clean, there are enough sun loungers and umbrellas, lifeguards are constantly watching. Minus - a steep descent to the sea, and when you get out, you have to crawl. The service is also top notch (at an extra charge). Tea, coffee, cocktails, alcohol are very expensive, although in Crimea everything is very affordable in stores. Spa treatments at a high level for high pay. I really liked the baths: Russian, Finnish, Turkish, Japanese fonts, as well as a pool. Great view of the sea, mountains from the room or on the balcony. Now for the disadvantages. Breakfast is included in the price, pricey but acceptable. Amazing lunch and dinner. The menu is far from a restaurant, no variety and very expensive. We often just went to Yalta, ate in a cafe or restaurant. I would like to wish the management to listen to the reviews of the guests and then many will want to come to you again. I also want to note that guests from Russia are treated no worse than their compatriots. I recommend to conduct an extraordinary training of managers at the reception, teach them how to correctly calculate the guests. And it turns out that they recalculate downwards, and then recalculate again and so on several times. This spoils the mood. But you have to admit, apologies were made. But in general, the rest was a success, I advise you to visit Palmyra Palace. We rested in Turkey, the service was a level lower, only at a cheaper price. Hope.
