We were 5 days at the end of April and we loved it! We spent Easter there with pleasure (everything was there: the priest conducted the service, and the choir sang "Blagovest" with wonderful voices, and the Easters were baked in abundance, and then they were still smashed to numbers). The child, despite the small number of children at the beginning of our arrival, asked all the time to go to the children's room (a very nice girl-educator works there, and the children are interested in her).
The staff is friendly and helpful. The kitchen is quite decent, a large selection.
Having read in advance on the site a review about "Prusaks and ants in the room, as well as about the bosses of the waiters", no matter how puffed up - I didn’t see anything like that. Apparently, the author of the review messed something up.
So, as soon as there is free time in the coming months, we will go there again.
