Traveled with my husband in September 2015. Impressions are ambiguous. PLUSES: 1) the availability of a transfer; 2) a pleasant "surprise" from the hotel for the newlyweds in the form of a bottle of champagne, flowers and a 15% discount for accommodation. The first meeting and the overall impression was good. CONS: 1) after our check-in, the mood of the administrator and staff changed dramatically. Everyone was indifferent, dissatisfied when you turn to them. 2) The administrator, indeed, has never been at the reception. All the time I had to wait for Maria (administrator) or look for her on the territory. 3) The pool is open only from 8:00 to 19:00, which is extremely inconvenient; 4) The room is generally tidy, but if you look closely, you will find a lot of shortcomings. We stayed in deluxe apartment #103. The description of the room on the site does not match reality. Firstly, there are 2 air conditioners in the room, not 3 as stated. There was one old TV that showed a "childish" picture. The satellite tuner did not work. That is, you will not be able to watch TV. What happened to the 2nd TV-story is silent : ) There is only one shower. VERY POOR LIGHTING! The bathroom is supposed to have 3 bulbs and + 1 bulb in the shower area. In fact: one dim light bulb was burning in the bathroom. and there was no light in my soul at all. That is, I had to wash in the dark. On our request to replace the light bulbs, the administrator said that this is not provided! True, then a WAITER (! ) came, who wanted to help us, but he realized that it was beyond his power. They promised to bring an electrician, but then they said that he could not come. And in the hallway, the light was so dim that you had to shine your phone to find shoes. 5) Nutrition. Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, we never tried the cuisine. When we arrived (12:00) we were told that we would no longer be able to have breakfast, because by the time breakfast had ended. When we decided to have dinner in the evening, it turned out that the cook had left earlier and if we eat with them, we must warn the cook in advance. 6) In our room, wi-fi worked very poorly! When I asked about the speed of the Internet and why there was such a problem with it, the administrator said: "I don't know, it's only with you. Everyone has always had everything. " 7) The hotel itself is located far enough from the sea. You need to climb the serpentine for about 20 minutes, dodging cars, scooters, etc. The road to the hotel itself is very poorly lit, and the area is not the most picturesque (unfinished buildings, some strange houses and extensions to them). Returning to the hotel in the evening was really scary! And if in the evening you decide to go for a walk along the embankment, you will have to think 10 times! As a result, we planned to stay there for 10 days, but thanks to the "high quality service" and all the minuses, my husband and I decided not to spoil our vacation and moved out THE NEXT DAY! We do not recommend this hotel!
