плюсы и минусы advantages and disadvantages

We arrived at the hotel on June 10th. I found the hotel via the Internet, liked the photos, and most of the reviews were positive. We were accommodated in a Suite room for 500 UAH, it is not clear why we paid 20 UAH for parking, which is located on the territory of the hotel. The room is very small, nowhere to turn around. Hot water was terribly upset by the time, 3 hours in the morning, 3 hours in the evening, nonsense, you constantly have to break your plans and adjust to the schedule, it’s not clear what to do if you arrive at lunchtime after the sea at +33 degrees heat or at night ?!
But that's not all, in the evening, when it was already getting dark, the last visitor came out of the beautiful pool, the staff started cleaning around it, scooped up water from the pool with a bucket, washed the tiles around and poured the water back, and children swim there all day long!!!
In general, apart from a beautiful view of the mountains, my wife and I did not like anything else.
