ХОРОШИЙ ОТДЫХ GOOD VACATION

My husband and I rested in this sanatorium 10 years ago, and although the Soviet Union was there then, we still liked everything so much that we came here for several years in a row. This year we learned from the Internet that the sanatorium was given to the Administration of the President of Russia, we hoped for the expected improvements, especially since the prices are quite reasonable, so we decided to come again and not alone, but with our children and grandchildren. Well, what can I say: the numbers and the territory are still the same Soviet Union, only in a collapsed form. So far, no one has allocated money for the corresponding repairs, so no matter how hard the administration tries, they are simply unable to change a lot. Nevertheless, I believe that we lived in fairly decent conditions (maybe because we booked rooms back in February) with a gorgeous view of the sea and mountains. We got from the airport by regular taxi, and not 5 hours, like others, but only 2 hours. We arrived before lunch, they showed us the rooms, sent us to the dining room for lunch, and only after that we began to draw up all the documentation. Very friendly and responsive employees: no matter what request we turned to them, everything was done instantly, without delay and excuses. I needed a table lamp - please, there were not enough hangers - they gave 10 pieces at once, an extension cord - please. My daughter has one child with cerebral palsy, so all the management of the sanatorium, including Alexander Ivanovich Orlov, Valentin Olegovich (I don’t know his last name), as well as the manager Larisa, girls from the accommodation department Tatyana Nikolaevna and Inna Vladimirovna, did everything so that we could go down with a stroller to the sea, bypassing numerous stairs. And on the day of departure, they were even allowed to stay in the room until dinner, because our plane was leaving in the evening. For such extraordinary attention, our entire family expresses sincere gratitude to everyone. Now about the rest: our children are spoiled abroad, it is difficult to surprise them with something, and yet they were amazed by such magnificent views of the mountains, wonderful air, and the cleanest sea. I was pleased with the dining room with a buffet: a large assortment of all dishes, including vegetables and fruits, and most importantly - everything is very tasty, clean, beautiful on new modern dishes. Very friendly guys, the waiters, who get so much during lunch, but they still calmly fulfill any request of vacationers. For those who want to see the beauties of the Crimea, numerous excursions are organized, which are run by a charming and very sweet Tatyana. A very nice beach with a good entry into the sea, and a very responsible lifeguard Sergei, who was constantly worried about everyone. And yet I do not want to idealize everything, there are enough shortcomings. I would especially like to draw the attention of the management at the time of arrival at 9 o'clock. and check out time is 8 o'clock. in the morning - firstly, almost no one has this, and secondly, it is terribly inconvenient, especially when you are relaxing with children, and it is precisely such people who mainly relax there. I also didn’t like the fact that all five multi-storey buildings of the sanatorium have only one exit, is it really somehow combined with fire safety? As for treatment: there is not even a doctor on duty in the sanatorium, and the nurse does not even have the most basic medicines. I constantly took hydromassage in all sanatoriums, but here there was only one office where the nurse, in addition to hydromassage, ran for some other procedures. As a result, it was quite difficult to get to her, and in time less than expected. The site advertises a sauna that does not work, advertises a swimming pool that works only in winter, why? The boat station does not work, although my husband used to go fishing on a boat all the time. Of course, there are enough shortcomings, but unfortunately, they are available in every sanatorium, just in each - their own.
