Rest in Yalta
Was in June 2009. I liked everything. He lived with a girl in an apartment for 150 UAH / day. Conditions are mediocre - no repairs.
It was not cool inside even in the heat. We were especially worried that they would not be robbed - not all the windows had bars - but somehow it worked out.
Valuables and money were put in a safe deposit box (4 UAH/day). To the beach 5min! ! (Sverdlov street and Drazhinsky street)
The best beaches are Masandra - there are paid ones (up to 100 UAH a day with a restaurant service) and free ones with sunbeds for 30 UAH a day.
The sea is quite clean and transparent. But sometimes the wind blew mud and algae. Jellyfish were constantly, but they are small
and do not regret. The pebbly beach requires shoes - you don't really look like barefoot. Instead of bedding, it is better to take tourist soft rugs.
There were few people - you can always find a place, and sunbeds are generally 90% free. In the evening we walked along the promenade where there are many
various entertainments - photos in clothes of the 14th-16th century super, videos, Mexican music, an ice rink (50 UAH), singing fountains,
shopping. Prices are very low - look. There are a lot of gold and jewelry stores in the city. You can bargain - we dropped 300 UAH (20% !!! ).
I took the ring and my friend got the bracelet. The bazaars have a good selection of shoes, hats, swimwear and swimming trunks. You can eat in many
canteens and cafe-restaurants - a choice for any wallet starting from 50 UAH per person. I remembered the taste of milkshakes and doughnuts. A glass of beer 8 UAH.
Taxi 20-30 UAH. Behind the seaport you can buy fresh shrimps and mussels. The beach is kept clean, there is security and lifeguards!!
From water activities - banana (25 UAH), scooter 30 UAH / min), water plane (300 UAH) And be sure to taste local wines in
numerous wine shops. We really liked the wine "Monastyrsk treat" simferop plant (vermouth) Tatars squeeze pomegranate juice
before your eyes (10 UAH glass). The main thing is not to rush with accommodation - there are a lot of housing! ! Throw your things in the luggage room and drive to Masander beach.
And already here go and look for housing - there are a lot of ads and touts. There is a Furshet supermarket in Yalta, but it is very far from the sea on the mountain itself.
I wrote out for myself the phone numbers of the owners of the apartments, if anyone needs it, I can share it.
