Terrible apartment on Drazhinsky street 31
For the first time we had to rest in such horror! It is very difficult to describe everything, emotions overwhelm and I don’t want to remember this nightmare, but people need to be told so that they know! We coveted a beautiful apartment with a sea view on the Massandra beach. We booked for 4 months on the website www. kashlakov. com. ua apartment no. 414 prepaid. All I can say is that the photo is true. When we arrived, we were put in another room with the question: what do you not like here? Our room is busy, but it doesn’t matter what the reservation is. The floors in the room are so dirty that after half an hour our feet were black and we had to put on shoes, there were dirty marks in the bath and hair left by previous customers, so it was disgusting to go in to wash. We lived for a week and it turns out that no one cleans there at all. Everywhere on the stairs and in the kitchen, dog poop and pisyuki are also lying around, especially disgusting when you go late at night and in the dark you are afraid to step on them. But the worst thing was when we were offered to move to our room 414 in the last 4 days, but it would be better if we stayed there. We had to take off the bedding ourselves from previous customers and ask for clean linen all day long - this is the first time I have come across this in my life. I’m already silent about dirt - tufts of dust, cobwebs, sights all around, that it’s disgusting to touch. Towels were waiting in the morning and only late in the evening we had to go for them ourselves (sometimes like we don’t need it during the day, otherwise the hostess is busy, she talks on Skype). The last straw turned out to be that the toilet is not in the room, but downstairs and everyone who wants to go there - can you imagine that in the apartment they use your towel, toilet? I really did not want to spoil my vacation and I had to leave earlier for Miskhor to a chic hotel. And the hostesses do nothing, only row money. We had such a terrible experience, instead of apartments we lived in a dirty barn, when no one cleans, no one watches, there is no service - then this is a barn!
