Yes, indeed, the hotel is in a five-story building, but it has a completely autonomous entrance. The place is very quiet. Each room (five in total) has a large balcony with a table and chairs. The hotel is new, commissioned in 2012, well furnished, there is a shared kitchen with appliances and utensils.
Hot water all the time (own boiler), cable TV, internet in the room. I think this hotel is very good value for money. I will gladly recommend the hotel to my friends.
The hostess Natalya was very attentive - she met me from the bus, drove around the town, showed the pools, temporarily settled in an empty room (I arrived earlier than the settling time, the booked room was not yet ready). I really liked that on the day of departure I asked if there were any comments on the room and accommodation in general.
By location. Walk 7-10 minutes to the center, 5 minutes to the sports complex (old outdoor pool), 15 minutes to the new Zhavoronok pool.
