The room is very cold and there is no heating in the bathroom. The bathroom declared as a hydromassage in the floor is disassembled, the sink is clogged, there is a smell of sewerage. But the worst thing is the restaurant..... the music plays very loudly and no one cares that you want to sleep at 12 or 1 at night....When asked by the administrator when it all stops, she just froze.....
