Two big problems
=================

The main problem of the hotel is that it practically stinks of sewage everywhere. Subtle, medium or strong, obsessive or barely audible - the smell haunts you throughout the hotel, starting from the reception and ski room and ending with the corridors on the floors, and even the rooms. If you open a window for ventilation and turn on the ventilation, you can get rid of this smell for a while. However, as soon as you turn off the fan, the smell reappears. The administration "knows and takes measures", but nothing has changed in a week, and I have not seen people who look like plumbers or ventilation specialists.

Another big problem is the soundproofing between the rooms. You can hear absolutely everything through the brick walls. If you are not wearing headphones and not in the bathroom, you can even take part in a conversation, because everything is audible. Our neighbors — two guys — discussed political issues in Russian, but patriotically. Snoring is also audible well, if anything

On the positive side
=============
A cool lobby with a fireplace is exactly the place where it is pleasant to gather with a group. In the evening, the guests themselves light the fireplace, around which there are two sofas and three armchairs, where you can get very cozy. There is a bar in the same lobby, where you can order something on the spot or bring your own.

The second plus is the location. Although the hotel is not located directly next to the ski lift and does not have a “ski-in/ski-out” system, it is a short walk to the first ski lift. The road is easy, 300 meters horizontally, on asphalt, and through a passage. Considering the price of the hotel, it is convenient - we calmly covered this distance every day in ski boots.

A huge ski room. It is convenient, and all the equipment dries well there. But it also stinks of sewage there, and even stronger, but you go to the ski room twice a day for 10 minutes.

The hotel has its own parking lot. It is a bit difficult with places, but there was always an option for a car. Snow is being cleared.
The standard double room is tiny. In fact, it's a bed and 60-80 cm aisles around it - that's the whole room. The bathroom is also small, sitting on the toilet, you rest your knees against the wall, wash yourself, and water flows down the walls and around. The hallway is tiny, and the table is so small that apart from a laptop and a phone, there's nowhere to even put water there. A large suitcase actually blocks the entire aisle.

My friends lived in a "one and a half-story" room under the roof. They complained that it was always stuffy on the second floor, where the bed was. If you're traveling with children, you should definitely look at other options, there's no chance here.

In general, if it weren't for the smell factor, we could recommend it as a modern budget hotel without unnecessary show-offs, which corresponds to its price. But the smell in the rooms and terrible soundproofing spoil everything. I don't recommend it! If you decide to book, ask if the sewage problem has been resolved.
