Everywhere on the site there is infa that wi-fi throughout the hotel: do not believe it, not only the Internet, there is no connection at all !! ! The room we were assigned was dirty, dust all over! ! I am silent about slippers, there is not even a shower gel ! ! The room is old, renovated a long time ago.

Fortunately, there are no problems with this in Bukovel, and after 15 minutes we were already in a good room

We didn't live there, we went for lunch. In short, the food is terrible, the pancakes are not only fried, but also with raw meat inside. And they were ordered for a child. To the claim expressed by the husband to the administrator that they almost poisoned our child, the administrator began to be rude and suggested to her husband - let's go out and talk.

Rested with a group of 8 people. Rooms. We rented "standard" rooms in a log house. The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness. In our room in a small hallway there is a wardrobe where you can hang and spread out things, a bedside table and a mirror. The furniture in the room is not numerous, but original: all items (bed, bedside shelves, dressing table, stool) are made of tree trunks and branches.

In our room in a small hallway there is a wardrobe where you can hang and spread out things, a bedside table and a mirror. The furniture in the room is not numerous, but original: all items (bed, bedside shelves, dressing table, stool) are made of tree trunks and branches. The room also has a small TV and a mirror above the dressing table. The bathroom in the room is warm, clean and there are no extraneous odors. There is a toilet, shower, large washbasin + mirror and shelf, socket near the mirror, heated towel rail. The supply of hot and cold water is constant, filtered water, you can drink it. Each resident has two snow-white towels, soap + shampoo. The floors in the room are heated. Hairdryer can be borrowed from the reception.
Among the shortcomings: this is the misfortune of all log cabins - poor sound insulation.
Nutrition.
Breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00. It is included in the price. Usually this is one of the dishes to choose from:
- oatmeal with milk
- scrambled eggs from 3 eggs / scrambled eggs,
- pancakes 3pcs/cheesecakes 3pcs/pancakes 2pcs and a cup of tea.
For lunch or dinner, there is a menu from which you can choose dishes to your taste. From what I tried, I liked everything. There is a children's menu. I would like to note that the food is prepared with soul. From the pleasant little things: we arrived at the hotel late, at 11 pm, they didn’t close the kitchen especially for us, they were waiting for us! A couple of times we ordered individually dishes not from the menu, I wanted a simple homemade fried potato and scrambled eggs with mushrooms and bacon. The chef fulfilled our order with pleasure, while the price of the dishes did not differ from those on the menu.
Bath.
It consists of several rooms: a dressing room (clothes hangers, a small sofa), a relaxation room (TV, table, sofa, kettle), toilet, steam room, hot water shower, pool 1.5m x 2m with spring water. Towels, sheets and herbal tea are provided free of charge. Brooms - for an additional fee. The ordered drinks and snacks are brought by the waiter. Good sauna + cheerful company = everyone is happy.
Transfers.
With transfers at the hotel, not everything is fine. There is not always a free car "for now". Therefore, we recommend that you take contacts from the owners / administrator and negotiate for yourself. The ideal option is to stock up on your own contacts in advance.
Staff.
Everyone is friendly, patient and responsive.
We liked the hotel. The combination "price - quality" is more than optimal.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are warm and comfortable, hot water was always available, very helpful and kind staff, 6 kilometers to Bukovel, if you go by car - excellent. Good sauna.

We decided to make a gift for ourselves and the family to relax for a week, go skiing. We found the hotel on the Internet and drove 800 km from home. On the first day, we rode for 2 hours and away we go...... My husband flew off the highway and met a tree on his way....as a result of a fracture... a regional hospital.

The hotel is very cozy, warm, hot water is always available, the rooms are clean and tidy. The food is good, cooked at home, everything is very tasty. Maybe the range of dishes is not very large, but everything we ordered was delicious. The son ate with pleasure, although he is very picky about food.

For a long time my husband and I chose a hotel where to stay. After reading different reviews, we opted for "Bereg", we can say that we had a great rest. All the amenities are provided in the rooms. I especially liked the sauna, where there is a pool with real spring water. Delicious cuisine, good service.

I don't know what kind of bath there is, I think with gilding, because the cost is UAH 250. in an hour it was cool even for Slovakia, where you could afford to steam every day. The conclusion was unequivocal - for this price it is better to rest abroad, because the service there is really worth it.

We were told that there are rooms, but they are rented from 12/29/2010 to 01/02/2011 (that is, the same 4 days). They asked to find out by our dates.

We were told that there are rooms, but they are rented from 12/29/2010 to 01/02/2011 (that is, the same 4 days). They asked to find out by our dates. We talked with a woman named Gayane. She said she would check with management. Called back. Gayane confirmed the dates we needed. Everything seemed to be fine and we agreed that we would decide on the number of people and make decisions on the numbers. Decided. We call the hotel "Bereg" on November 9 - we ask you to book 3 rooms and give the coordinates for prepayment. They answered us, yes please, there are rooms - book, send money. But it turned out that from December 30 you can’t come to the Bereg Hotel! Only from 29! When we asked what had changed in 2 working days, Gayane (and we talked with her again) was surprised and said that they only settled on December 29 for the new year and that we did not call and they did not agree on anything. I also asked someone aside if they had called about December 30. They probably have a lot of employees named Gayane! To the claim that this style of work will not add customers to the hotel, Gayane stated that if we cannot find a room anywhere since December 30, then these are our problems! The conversation with the hotel "Bereg" was over. As a result, we booked another hotel for the desired dates without any problems. So be careful when booking the Bereg Hotel in Polyanytsya!
