I will list all the little things that make up the overall impression of the hotel:
1. On the first day at breakfast, fried eggs were served oak, it was impossible to eat them. The cheese is stale and apparently the cheapest. All three family members refused to eat such dishes. I heard that the people at the next table were also indignant, but were silent. But I was not going to remain silent, since the money paid was not small - 2900 UAH per day.
The child wanted syrniki, which they offered on the menu, but in fact there were none.
We ordered porridge, it doesn't taste good.
We decided to go for breakfast at the nearby Podhiria hotel and it was a great choice. Since their breakfasts are excellent, and the price is cheaper than in Villa Elena.

2. The girl at the reception without the slightest motivation. She did not react to my comments about breakfast in any way, did not ask how they could help us and rectify the situation. It's strange for me to see such an attitude towards hotel guests. I do not blame this girl, she was simply not taught how to work with clients and there is no fault in this. This is the job of the hotel manager.
3. There are no water coolers in the hotel. After all, this is not so difficult to do, it is an elementary care for the guests. But they didn’t hear anything about care in this hotel, everyone there doesn’t care about you. Just give me money.
4. The room was promised cleaning in the evening, so no one came. I had to ask the hotel administrator to throw out the garbage at 11 at night.
5. Not a single shelf was invented in the bathroom to put personal items or to tell. "Lay on the floor, guest comfort above all else. "
6. Spa bathrobes are never free. And if there is one bathrobe for the whole family, pay 200 UAH for it.
7. There are also no water coolers in the spa. What surprises me is that this is the first time I've seen something like this.
8. There is not even a shelf in the shower to put your own soap. "Put everything on the floor, we take care of you. " Not to mention that soap or shampoo should be in the shower in a normal hotel.
9. A 3-year-old child found mouse poison under the bed, which is very toxic to humans. Apparently those people who put it there have no brains at all. What would have happened if I had not seen it in time, and the child would have tried? Who would be responsible for this? Definitely not this individual who calls himself the owner of the hotel.
In general, if you do not want to spoil your vacation, avoid this unfortunate hotel.
There you will not be welcome and will not do anything for the sake of your comfortable stay. But to cover with a three-story mat for making comments and expressing your wishes “Welcome”, we can do this. Except how to swear at you, send you and kick you out of the hotel at night, we are not capable of anything else.
