It is impossible to get drinking water in the hotel (0.3 ml for 40 hryvnias), walk to the center for 15 minutes on the roadway. For breakfast - one egg, in seven days a little uncorked. Vodin from the evenings came for porridge for the child at 22.30, said that the kitchen is no longer working, although the sign at the entrance "Open from 8.00 to 24.00". The hosts were invited to influence the waiters.
The administrator's response (whether the owner's wife, daughter or granddaughter): "You're interfering with my rest, I'm going to sleep. " The owner himself added fuel to the fire: "We walked and walked with my husband and remembered that the child is angry ?! ". We realized that it smelled fried and the next day we changed the sign "Works from 7.30 to 23.00". That's ingenuity! ! ! ! ! We are ready to do anything to resolve the conflict in order to keep customers. They think only today about how to cut more money (author's note: This language is more understandable to them).

In order to get to the ski lift from VILL in the nearest villages, you need to stand in a traffic jam !! , take a steam bath with parking, breathe in exhaust fumes, pay for a taxi (if you don’t have a car).
So that "Hans" has a great advantage over analogues in its price range.
It is really 100 meters to the lift number 5, you can go in ski boots, there is also a rental (in our case, helmets..... ), sale of ski passes.
The hotel is the last one at the exit from the resort, under the mountain, very comfortable, calm.
What we liked: an excellent bed with a duvet! a bed is really a double bed, and not two placed side by side; a warm bathroom; stained glass windows; the interior is intelligent, albeit wooden; parking.
I didn’t like the lack of breakfast, the ability to cook them, as well as the lack of a budget alternative nearby. There are breakfasts in a nearby hotel 8 meters (very good) at a price of 160 UAH / person + tips. The hotel only has a kettle and a microwave in the lobby at the reception, there is jam, sugar.
From the owners I would like more warmth and the feeling that you are a guest, and not just a wallet.
In general, the hotel is of a European level with European prices, but without a language barrier, it is closer and more convenient to get by car, less time is spent on the road and crossing the border.
Will we visit this hotel again? Maybe. At the moment, I have not seen an alternative - the price of quality in Bukovel on holidays.

A big minus is that there are only four chair lifts and open ones, there are no closed ones, just as there are no cabins. If -18, wind, mistakes in clothes - you can get frostbite. Yes, the entrance to the slides is only in helmets. No alternative. They won't let you in without helmets. Helmets are available for rent 40 UAH/day.

Nice, cozy hotel. The rooms are not small. The tap water is MINERAL. Friendly and sociable hosts Oksana and Vladimir. VERY close to the 5th lift. We were always the first. We liked it very much and the weather was great. I advise everyone. Dmitry

There is no Internet in the rooms and there will be no mobile connection for someone who has thrown one division in the room and then it disappears, life does not take at all. Food in Bukovel is generally disgusting and expensive. Dishes with a maximum yield of 200 grams cost about 80-150 UAH. Where I liked this pizzeria is very tasty pizza and spaghetti. As a result, I won’t go to Bukovel anymore, on the second day there was nowhere to go, they spent 20.000 thousand UAH for two in 6 days, they turned around and left. For such grandmas it is better to go abroad. Taxi from Bukovel to Lviv 800-900 UAH.
