The hotel is more for family vacations. I liked the spa, a large indoor pool, two jacuzzis, two saunas. There is also a relatively large and deep (1.60 cm) heated swimming pool in the yard, which is covered with a translucent plastic cover in bad weather, so wind and rain do not interfere. Very cool orthopedic mattresses in the rooms. The restaurant cooks delicious food, but I would like a more varied menu. I would like to highlight the administrator Bohdana and the waiter Dmytro, who perform their duties professionally, it is pleasant to communicate with them, and also thanks to them, I want to come here again to swim in plenty and rest peacefully.

Rest in the beginning overshadowed and upset! - The claimed Spa (which worked 2 hours a day) never changed the water in the pool during the entire stay, hair and muddy water floated in a white coating on the walls of the pool. - The jacuzzi did not work, it was completely turned off, the salt sauna was never turned on for the rest.

Upon arrival, all polite and friendly said that if there is a deposit, think about how you can solve this issue at the expense of the balance, because there were some nuances (pregnancy 6 months, all reasonable and adequate understand that the birth in November and then appropriate the child will not be able to come 800 km for such a holiday to use the deposit).
Of course, when the eviction ended, all the friendliness ended, the long conversation ended with the words of the manager Taras: "We did a service that opened and now accept guests, and the opportunity to use your funds you can during this calendar year. " Here my eyes almost fell out of their sockets. Maybe this proposal was to come to give birth or a proposal to adopt a one-month-old baby?
And if you do not resort to personal upheavals, and objectively evaluate the hotel, then in 4 days cleaned once, no water in the room, said drinking from the tap, kitchen - worse in Bukovel did not meet (banosh - a stove watered with oil, dumplings - boiled dough in butter for half a plate, salads with a pinch of salt, as if for evil). Do not order food in the room, because every day in the restaurant there is ONE young man who is there for everyone. How can you say goodbye to your money with such food and service?
I don't even want to advise my friends to use that damn deposit, so as not to blush for such a pig.
And by the way, there were no promised treatments and even hints of quarantine norms. All staff, including the manager, without masks.
