We rested in Bukovel not for the first time, but the hotel certainly differs from all the others, namely its interior, I honestly say we lived like in a fairy tale. Many thanks to the people who came up with all this and made it a reality, well done !! ! And now, of course, about the rest itself, namely the service that is lame. We arrived in a large company of 7 people, the train from Kyiv arrives somewhere at 6-15 in the morning, we ordered a transfer from the hotel that they provided, by the way, many thanks for the driver Igor, of course we arrived at the hotel at about 9-00, and check-in from 14-00 , we decided to check in earlier for an additional fee, as we really wanted to take a shower and go faster to the slides. Our room was free, "Closer to the sky", you know, I was surprised when we were given an invoice for half a day, purely humanly, we arrived not for a couple of days, but for a week, we could have made a discount, but probably everyone earns as maybe!! ! For the entire stay, they never changed the bed for us, although this was provided for, they probably forgot, the towel was changed once and then not all, because they could not find one towel, and after they found us they told us that everything had already been changed and changed there will be next time, there was no next time, these are all small flaws that can be fixed next time !! ! In principle, these are all trifles, but all the same, the guys would like everything in your fabulous hotel to correspond to a fairy tale !! ! In general, the rest was a success, we had a cheerful company and mood, and this is the main thing !! ! I want to add that the rooms are chic and a very good restaurant, everything is very tasty!! ! Next time we go we will definitely visit you!
