We have been staying at the hotel since February 20th. The room was booked in advance. The two-room suite "pleasantly" surprised us... the room was cramped and dirty, no one had done any cleaning before us or during our stay, cheap furniture and bedding far from the first freshness, a tiny window under the ceiling and towels washed to holes! The audibility is such that at night I listened to the neighbors snoring, and in the evenings I even clearly heard what they were talking about! I didn't even see the staff! there was no one to turn to when checking in, the waitress from the cafe gave us the keys, she was also paid money when checking out. in the cafe located on the ground floor, the food was not bad, but in the evening the order had to wait for 40 minutes, and there was simply nowhere to eat somewhere nearby. And the bathroom is a different story, of course there was hot water, but the smell is terrible, believe me. Plus a broken toilet lid and a fungus in the shower, oh yes, ventilation is not provided there in principle. And this is a suite, I'm afraid to imagine what amenities are then in other rooms! If you don't want to spoil your vacation, then it's better to drive past this place.
