The administrator Natasha is a very pleasant person, all issues were resolved in a matter of minutes, she is always ready to meet the needs of clients. The restaurant staff is second to none! The food is delicious, although the menu is not large, there was not a single dish that our company would not like! The exterior is a little depressing, because. Opposite the Carpathian, 2 hotels are being built and the current construction site certainly spoils the view, but this is perhaps all the minuses. Rooms with a fresh renovation, heated floors in the bathroom and corridor, the mattress on the bed is very comfortable, there is a kettle, a refrigerator, bottled water, tea and coffee are in the room. We visited the sauna at the hotel, everything is also on the level, the sauna is on firewood, fragrant brooms hang, very comfortable !!!!! ! We are resting in Bukovel for the fifth year, in this hotel for the first time, and we were very pleased that we chose it. Carpathian - a hotel where you want to return!!!!!!!! !
