I liked everything very much. We came with my husband. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the hotel manager, a very pleasant young man. He took us to our room and gave us a tour of the hotel. Our room was Standard, but this room had it all! Large bed, TV, electric kettle, large roomy shower, hair dryer, balcony, mini bar, safe, very good wi-fi. . .
We ordered a room with meals and a bath. The restaurant is at the highest level, everything is clean, tidy and most importantly very tasty, the restaurant staff is very professional, and most importantly all nice people : -) They will constantly ask how you are doing and wish you a good day.
I also really liked the sauna, we went 3 times, after Mount Hoverla this is what we need...
