Booked a suite for 2 weeks. Made a prepayment. We were promised that the room is designed for 4 people. The result: 2 beds, and the sofa does not unfold and you can sleep only diagonally to one person. Put dust and debris under the sofa. There is no refrigerator, no kettle, 3 glasses of questionable purity, the bathroom smells incredibly unpleasant! ! ! ! ! ! ! Shared sauna, where even for slippers extra charge. Uncleaned snow and ice in the yard. At our request at 10.30 pm we were asked to leave the hotel. I do not recommend ANYONE to live there!
