Отдохнули прекрасно, но отель - так себе We had a great rest, but the hotel is so-so

Pros:
- inexpensive compared to other hotels that I know
- a warm room (got in frost -20C), VERY IMPORTANT !!!
- good restaurant
- immediately rental if necessary,
- smiling and responsive hostess,
- delicious house wine,
- close to the ski lift
- they managed to warm up under hot water after skiing with the whole family (in some hotels the tank is designed for a limited amount of water)
Minuses:
- no hair dryers, the girls at the reception gave their
- out of three light bulbs in the room, 2 were shining, my eyes hurt from lack of lighting, the request to screw in the missing light bulb was not fulfilled
- monstrous audibility, the ceiling above us trembled with noise, after arrival we could not sleep, we were tormented, the next day we barely crawled up the mountain
- there is not enough lighting above the bed, at least to read a book
- once instead of hot water it was warm, and after the frost I wanted to warm my muscles
No matter what, I'm ready to go back there. Thanks to the hostess!
