The new building on the mountain is relatively close (~100 m. ) to the center of Palyanitsa, where there are 2 supermarkets, a pharmacy, ski and equipment rental. The price is lower than everyone in Palyanytsa for a standard room. The quality of the repair and the building as a whole is 2 out of 5. Of the minis that immediately caught my eye:
1. One and a half bed stretched over a double bed
2. Immediately upon entering the house, they asked to change shoes into slippers, citing the presence of carpet floors in the corridors. Questionable rule when you're in ski gear.
3. Trouble with the boiler and stokers. The stokers do not heat at night, so you freeze in the morning. One evening there was no hot water, after which 2 neighboring rooms moved out with a scandal.
4. The structure is cold and without intense heating - it cools down quickly.
5. There are cats, as evidenced by a slight smell.
6. One hair dryer for all rooms.
7. Room cleaning is not provided.
8. Soundproofing is zero - you can hear people snoring in neighboring rooms.
9. The administrator reminded the commandant in the hostel. Arriving home at 2 am - she tried to charge that "they" close at 23:59)))

I really liked the concept of the hotel. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. There is a kitchen where you can cook food at any time, which is very convenient, both for families with children (we were with friends who have a small child) and for those who return late.
