We are currently staying at this hotel. When we went, we read reviews, but still took a chance, because the location was convenient and the price was right. Everything bad that is written about this hotel is unfortunately true. The food is just awful. We have breakfast and dinner included in the price. It seems that the portions are not small, but everything is somehow terribly not tasty, not satisfying and very monotonous. I don’t understand how you can cook elemental dishes so tastelessly. Utensils are greasy, cups are dirty. Boys waiters do not cope with orders, everything is very long. In the hotel you can take a complex lunch for 85 hryvnia. First-second-compote. The price is good, the portions are large, but after two hours you already want to eat again. The hotel has a cafe, it's really tasty there! Portions are big. But it's kinda pricey for me. Dinner for two cost 347 UAH there. It was two borscht, one Caesar salad, one French fries and two beers. Borscht is served in a cafe with sooooo delicious donuts. Our room is a junior suite, if you can call it that. . . I would like to see the standard. There is no refrigerator, although it would not interfere and there is a place for it. The room is small, but cozy and clean, there is a balcony. Noise isolation is very poor, you can hear what the neighbors are talking about and the noise from the corridor. Doors to the room with slots at the top and very thin. So here it is) In general, the hotel is two stars, that's all in it for these two stars and corresponds.
