Booked in advance and paid for a week stay at the hotel, attracted moderate prices, the general appearance of the hotel, full board. I was driving in the hope of getting some fresh air, taking a break from the Kiev hustle and bustle. Came with my wife and 6 month old baby. We settled in, the rooms are decent enough. However, there is no kettle in the room and no baby cot is provided. There was also no internet at all. The food is not bad, but in the restaurant, apart from the declared dishes, there is nothing else, not even beer! Everything seems to be good, but. . . View from the balcony of the construction site, to the left of the hotel sawing something all day, to the right during our "rest" they built an additional building wall to wall. All day they knock, rattle and saw. It's just unbearable! Under the window, concrete mixers and trucks with building materials drive all day long. Accordingly, it does not even smell of fresh air. You leave the hotel and find yourself in a knee-deep mud swamp. The whole Bukovel resembles more than one big building maidan. When we contacted the administrator that we wanted to get away from here as soon as possible, we received an answer that they did not return the money for the remaining paid days. I have never seen anything like this in my travel experience. After lengthy negotiations with the administrator, since there were no hotel management and no one gave phones, they nevertheless promised to return the money later, in a week. Two have already passed, and the promises remained promises. Due to the incompetence of the hotel staff, the vacation was ruined. I had to look for a new place and resort to additional unforeseen expenses. To be honest, I don’t understand at all how the hotel generally works during construction. . .
